Job Description 1. Responsible for pre- and post-sales technical support for government and enterprise customers in Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea.

2. Prepare product technical support documents and demonstration videos, and conduct empowerment training and function demonstrations with government and enterprise customers and agents.

3. Collect internal competitive product information, consolidate product function requests from government and enterprise customers and agents, and work with the product team to improve them.

4. Collect and handle daily inquiries and complex problems from government and enterprise customers, and promote product improvement.

5. Pay attention to and effectively control negative evaluations from government and enterprise users, and solve user problems and public opinion problems.

6. Help improve the efficiency of sales operations and increase the probability of sales success.
