Job Description 【Summary】
This role involves managing the execution of diverse digital marketing campaigns while prioritizing client servicing. From planning and implementing initiatives to optimizing advertising strategies, the position plays a key role in ensuring seamless end-to-end client experiences.

【Duties】
– Engage in the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns.
– Monitor and optimize campaigns, providing suggestions to clients to ensure satisfaction and achieve campaign goals.
– Liaise and coordinate with online publishers for media buy on various portals.
– Coordinate with various departments/vendors, such as designers and tech teams, in the production of online marketing materials, including banners, Facebook apps, and mini webpage development.
– Utilize various marketing tools for analysis and provide insights to clients on new market opportunities.
– Build strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction through outstanding service levels.
– Handle client inquiries about existing campaigns through phone, email, and meetings.
