Job Description Let’s work together as an Employee Engagement Specialist at the TDCX Group’s Japanese subsidiary!

In order to increase engagement both internally and externally, we host various events and place importance on providing opportunities for employees to communicate with each other across departments. Would you like to plan and execute such an event?

In addition, we will be disseminating event details on SNS for corporate branding, and collaborating with a global team to obtain awards, so you can fully demonstrate your communication and English skills!

▶Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
▶ Plan annual engagement events and secure the necessary budget.
▶Analyze employee satisfaction survey results.
▶Communicate with each department leader, create an action plan, and provide support as needed.
▶ Apply for various awards.
▶ Collaborate with the global marketing team to support brand building both internally and externally.

Requirements High school graduate or above / Experienced only
▶English (business level or above)
▶One year or more of work experience in a related field (in-house event planning, public relations, etc.)
▶PC skills (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel)
▶Individuals with excellent analytical skills, hard work, and self-motivation.
