[Specific duties]

■ Receptionist duties

・Guiding patients

・Handling billing phone/email inquiries

*Emails are mostly in English.

■Interpreting for foreign patients during treatment

*You may also be entrusted with the position of interpreter for nurses.

■Coordination of beauty treatments

・Interviewing patients who are troubled by treatment

■Supporting the director

・Procedures for shipping items overseas

・Ordering supplies such as cosmetics and supplements

■Managing Google Ads and SNS (Facebook, Instagram, Line)

■Creating in-clinic flyers
