[Job description]
As a career consultant, you will be involved in all processes of the recruitment business together with senior consultants (who we call principals).

[Training system]
You will gain solid industry knowledge in the approximately 3-month training period! You will also be asked to set goals for each stage of the training period. Let’s work hard to achieve our goals!

Training examples:
・Group company training (role-playing + feedback for overseas phone calls, etc.)
・Recruiting business training
・Legal industry understanding training
・One-on-one mentorship will thoroughly teach you anything you don’t understand!

[Basic duties]
・List potential candidates based on client requests
・Introduce cases by phone/email, secure appointments, and support schedule adjustments/interview preparation
・Summarize search progress and report to clients
・Other support for producing blogs, videos, etc.
・Learning industry knowledge through practice is also part of the job!

[Career Path]

Promote to Principal within one year and handle mid to senior level legal jobs (salary range 12-20 million yen) in your field. Many of the candidates and clients are top-level people we have worked with in the past.

[Interview Process]

First interview: Interview with team manager

Second interview: Partner interview (Kurosaka or Paul Cochrane)

Those who pass the second interview will be asked to take three ability and personality tests.

Third interview: Headhunting call experience of about 30 minutes (there is no pass/fail, this is just an opportunity for you to decide whether this is the work you want to do through the experience).

After that, you will be offered the job.
