Company Info Native teachers are an essential part of our kindergarten. Work from October 2024 Not only do they conduct all English classes, they also assist Japanese teachers throughout the day. They do so by helping to manage and assist the students during Japanese classes, attend gym class , or guiding students how to play musical instruments during music class. Together, teachers ensure a high level of education and make sure our students excel in all areas. i Kids Star students are children ages 2-6, and each teacher is assigned to a particular class for the duration of the whole school year (April-March). Working Hours Rotate between shifts, 9 hours a day, including a 1 hour break Job
Requirements Requirements：

・Must be a Native-level English Speaker
・Must have at least a two-year Associate’s Degree or higher for visa sponsorship purposes.
・Must be able to articipate in all school events, including those scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays In addition, instructors might be asked to work at company events.
・Must be enthusiastic in teaching energetic lessons, and creative in finding new ways to engage students while teaching via a predefined curriculum.
・Must support school management and assist children in their personal development.

Holidays：Company holidays which fall predominantly on the three main holidays in Japan:

Holidays Working hours：5 days a week.

・Instructors might be asked to work overtime (paid overtime) in the mornings or evenings

※Saturday and Sunday and public holidays shifts are available about 5 times a year
