Responsibilities
– Planning and managing training programs for new employees
– Managing and supporting new employees, including performance evaluation and HR tasks
– Lead role plays
– Scheduling training sessions
– Creating and improving training materials
– Developing and implementing talent development plans

Required Skills and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business-level English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC score of 800 or higher)
– Native-level Japanese proficiency only
– At least 2 years of professional experience

Preferred Skills and Experience
– PowerPoint skills
– Experience in interpersonal negotiation
– Time management and planning skills

Training Program

Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours of work)
Break time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
*After the probationary period ends, starting hours can be set between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

Holidays and Leave
Annual holidays: 132 days
Annual paid leave, condolence leave, Golden Week leave, maternity/paternity leave, summer leave, New Year leave, and complete weekends off (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Expected Salary
Annual Salary: ¥3,784,000 – ¥6,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥315,334 – ¥500,000 (includes a base salary of ¥231,500 – ¥367,071 and fixed overtime pay for 45 hours of ¥83,834 – ¥132,929)

*The annual salary includes allowances
*Salary will be determined based on experience and abilities
*Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours worked over 45 hours
