Job Description Contract Management
Closing offline contracts and adjusting various permissions.

Sales Process Optimization
In order to improve the efficiency of sales activities, review processes and workflows and introduce tools to improve efficiency as necessary.

Billing Management
Responsible for creating and managing invoices, as well as the series of subsequent payment-related matters.

Data Management and Analysis
Collect and analyze sales-related data and create tactics to promote sales and performance.

Sales Tool Management:
Operate and manage the CRM system (Salesforce) and sales support tools, and support the team to use them effectively.

Sales Team Support
Provide training and support to the sales team to help them run smoothly.

Company Performance Reporting and Evaluation:
Regularly analyze the company’s sales performance and share it with relevant parties.
