Asia-Pacific Latin-America (APLA) is a multi-cultural, growth Geography and Korea is one of the most important territories that is looking for Enterprise Data &Analytics Engineering Manager who can partner with analytics, product managers, and other engineering teams in territory/geo/Global to build and support analytics tools that drive the consumer experience at Nike. We’re looking for someone that can perform as a data engineer and lead a team of data analyst by setting clear goals and leading by example.
The person in this role will be expected to be able to demonstrate coding best practices to engineers with Python, Spark and SQL being the most valuable skills. He/she will be leading a team of data analyst, also be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:

In this role, you will:
?Work with product management, engineering, platform, architecture, and other internal stakeholders to define requirements, guide product and architectural vision, and prioritize efforts. Help translate customer requirements into stories to support agile development and accurate roadmaps
?Lead the delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions, implementing and integrating new technologies, and leading and evolving data and analytics products
?Lead the professional development and career plans for those on your teams, help Nike develop the technology leaders of tomorrow
?Communicate effectively, build trust and strong relationships across Korea and APLA Technology as well as other groups including Demand and Supply Management, Supply Chain, Commercial Analytics, and Consumer Insights
?Support investigation of new software packages/vendors, APIs, and algorithms to deliver quality analytics and machine learning at scale

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH:
This role is part of APLA Korea Technology Organization. You will lead teams of data analysts and collaborate with sw engineers, product BSA, other leaders & business stakeholders within Korea and APLA. They will span across APLA Technology as well as other groups including Demand and Supply Management, Supply Chain, Commercial Analytics, and Consumer Insights. You will also partner with others in Enterprise Data & Analytics in APLA and Global technology to adopt, build and grow data solutions at Nike.
Nike moves quickly, which requires its business processes and systems to change quickly too. The Data Engineering manager is responsible for directing their squads to execute against these changes to ensure the success of the APLA business.
