[Roles and Responsibilities]
The principal role of the OTR Order management Specialist is to manage Order management activities of OTR (Order To Remittance), drive equipment delivery, sales transfers and inventory management in order to meet customer requirements.

[자격요건]
관련경력 4~7년 과장급
제조, 서플라이체인 경험 매우 선호
오라클/엑셀 능숙자 매우 선호
Reasonable Level of English (업무상 영어활용 빈도 매우 높음)

[Key responsibilities]
1. Imaging business, order management, drive equipment delivery, sales transfers and inventory management
2. Managing the ordering schedules of local vendor in line with business objective
3. Placing orders and recording with commercial team for local delivery requirements with vendor
4. Coordinate all involved players in backlog execution
5. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with logistics and finance team to ensure Month End Close by dealing and all required documentation

[Qualifications]
1. Business/Logistics Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent training and experience considered
2. Sound knowledge of order management based on SCM related experience
3. The critical competencies required for success are Interpersonal Effectiveness, Initiative, Teamwork and Supply Chain Management
4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
5. Strong oral and written communication skills, good team player
6. 4~7 years of working experience in Supply Chain in Health industry is preferred
7. Customer satisfaction oriented
