Copy & Community Manager

We are looking for a Copy & Community Manager with skills in content development, management, analysis and control of communities / social networks. Proactivity, responsibility, perfectionism, creativity, intelligence and common sense will be key values of its mission.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop content for social networks working with the creative team.
• Development of calendars and publications each month, ordered by type of campaign for each social network.
• Publish and ensure the correct content, setup and updates through the different platforms.
• Encourage engagement with different target audiences in the community of a brand through the creation of strategic marketing / communications plans.
• Implement and carry out research / analysis processes in target audiences that will allow us to better respond to queries or generate upsell in a brand.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and managing online forums in a timely manner.
• Attend internal and external events of a brand to capture or cover social content.
• Work as a team with different brands, their agencies and TEKNE team.
• Advanced reporting of all quantitative and qualitative social media areas. Analysis, deductions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience with clients related to fashion (non-mandatory).
• Ability to achieve goals creatively and effectively.
• Versatility, autonomy and quick learning to adapt to dynamic working models.
• Excellent use of social listening tools.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Prevention and crisis management in Social Media.
• Interest in technology, computing and pop culture culture.
