Manager Ecommerce Operations D2C

Our vision is to continue building, growing, and evolving our D2C e-commerce platform Coca-Cola en tu Hogar in conjunction with the bottling system. As a Manager Ecommerce Operations D2C you´ll implement strategy, focusing on growing 1:1 consumer relationships across our digital e-commerce platforms (Web and Chatbot) to effectively position our value proposition, developing customers loyalty, obtaining metrics that reflect the effectiveness and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns, developing commercial activities that engage consumers , identifying opportunities to optimize media investments, as well as trends that will drive current and future business.

Flexible Location LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Scope: Mexico (Arca Continental)
  • Manage local eCommerce processes to ensure operational effectiveness in collaboration with the bottler´s operational and marketing teams.
  • Lead rollout processes with bottlers for launching new cities: catalogue, geofencing, page setup, etc.
  • Design and implement end-to-end processes within the Coca-Cola Bottler E-commerce agencies.
  • Implement digital and non-digital strategies to increase frequency and engagement across D2C platforms (website, chatbot, app, etc.) in coordination with the bottling system.
  • Measure digital operations daily to achieve retention objectives (display, subscription, emailing, social media).
  • Analyze a segmentation model to enable effective marketing across.
  • Accountable for achieving eCommerce growth KPI’s: revenue, sessions, users, conversion rate, average ticket, retention rate.
  • Challenge the status quo to continuously evolve the way of thinking for the Direct to Consumer.
  • Leadership of a multifunctional squad.
  • Chatbot business management.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar is required
  • 3 years in Ecommerce Project Management in global companies or digital startups with cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Knowledge in Successful selling in a Direct-o-consumer and Ecommerce, Strong background in developing unique marketing strategies to meet consumer needs, Financial analysis, Data technologies
  • Passion for bringing great consumer experience, Be result oriented, Able to be self-directed and able to juggle priorities, Strong communication and influence skills, Innovation consumer trends
  • Fluent Spanish and English
