SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the OE Leader, Order analyst works primarily with incoming orders for materials, merchandise, installations, or services. Executing a new order from order receiving to booking and all related activities.
JOB DUTIES:
* Order receiving. Monitoring new orders mailbox
* Order review. Review requirements for clean order
* Technical review. Make sure all technical information is received
* GP Analysis for the orders
* Check deliveries with plants for stock orders
* Check deliveries with PM for project orders
* Complete booking in timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Well Organized, Autodidact, Honest, Respectful, Persistent, Committed, Technical skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor Degree :
* Mechanic/Chemical/Industrial/System Engineering.
Specialization Area:
* Commercial
* Control and Instrumentation.
* Planning.
Languages: *Proficient English.
Indispensable Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service
