Requirements

4+ years experience in Marketing, Operations, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, ideally in B2C and B2B / two-sided marketplace context -
Analytically minded – uses data to make decisions; experience with SQL -
Experience automating successful marketing strategies through technology and general fluency in marketing tech stacks & common vendors: Iterable, Salesforce, Contentful, Workfront -
Experience managing distributed teams; excel at cross-functional collaboration -
Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organisation -
Ability to communicate business problems in simple and data backed narrative format -
Open to new ideas and the value that others bring -
Demonstrates ownership, resourcefulness, flexibility, willingness, and patience necessary to lead and adapt within a hyper growth company and industry
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Director, Marketing Operations to design and implement a marketing measurement framework, to identify trends proactively and causes for performance -
Help engineers, implement, document and streamline Marketing processes including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, budget tracking and reporting -
Make suggestions, research and onboard MarTech tooling, in support of the core Marketing team -
Suggest strategies for untapped areas of marketing investment, to help design and lead the continual evolution and scaling of our marketing org and strategy
