Your team
We have a great new role opportunity for you to join our Luxembourg-based Global Real Estate business, in our Fund Accounting department. You will report directly to the Senior Controller and will collaborate with a variety of teams within fund accounting. You will be part of a well-established team, where plenty of support will be available to you.

Your role
We?re searching for our next Controller! As Controller, you will be involved in all management and financial accounting, and reporting of assigned funds and their subsidiaries; you will provide financial analysis to non-financial colleagues and manage accountants. The Controller will also ensure the production of consolidated quarterly financial reports for 2 or 3 real estate funds (including IFRS adjustments, deferred tax and revaluation of financial instruments, and validation of quarterly accounts of the Luxembourg and non-Luxembourg subsidiaries in compliance with the company?s policies and procedures) with in-depth analysis and commentary.

Sounds interesting? You?ll need extensive IFRS Consolidation experience, previous experience in a similar position, including experience of providing Financial Control across a group of companies, and excellent knowledge of Lux GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Ideally, you will have strong experience within the real estate sector, knowledge of auditing practices and principles, and knowledge of local corporate and VAT taxation requirements.
