Are you the one who will help us in executing DLLs Mid Term Plan and support our commercial domain through your process improvement and analysis driven mindset? Are you able to analyze commercial performance and translate this into concrete actions/improvements? In addition, to implement these, together with the commercial leads. You will support but also initiate and work on group wide projects that focus on optimizing our commercial work stream. Additionally, develop a standard way of analyzing the commercial performance on a global scale.

Day To Day

  • Performing vendor and sales representatives’ analyses with further and continuous recommendation to sales management based on findings;
  • Providing support on Vendor profitability analysis and the preparation of Business Cases;
  • Coordination and execution of trainings to CCO members on the existing tools for commercial performance and sales representative management;
  • Periodical and ad hoc reporting related to commercial analysis for business management;
  • Perform month end activities related to commercial developments;
  • Analysis and recommendation on the development of the sales funnel on different levels;
  • Develop and implement global standards measurements to address a reconciliation between commercial target setting and short-term incentive plans;
  • Support the Head of Finance CCO on all aspects;

Essentials

  • Relevant bachelor/master’s degree
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in relevant position
  • Proactive, hands-on and a self-starter
  • An expert on process improvement and have focus to implement harmonization and transformation across countries
  • Understand the complexity levels of a global organization and why standardization is key in global processes/reporting
  • Experience on sales key performance indicator across bank companies
  • Able to build relationships within our networked, international organization.
  • Energized by change and improvements in way of working and can mobilize members
  • A team player, capable to manage an international team of local process SMEs
  • You have experience with project management
  • You have experience with analyzing processes and providing improvement proposals
