What will you be doing as a Guest Experience Agent?
As a Guest Experience Agent, your primary focus will be on shaping and enhancing the guest journey within the Front of House team. This encompasses the preparation and reception of VIP guests, as well as effectively handling and processing guest feedback. In this role, effective communication is crucial within the entire Front of House team and across other departments within the hotel. It is expected that the Guest Experience Agent looks ahead to factors such as occupancy, guest expectations, VIP requirements, and upcoming events.
In this position, you serve as the point of contact for the Guest journey and is tasked with providing assistance in the absence for any inquiries, complaints, or comments. Additionally, the Guest Experience Agent plays a key role in the training and coaching of trainees and employees from other departments assisting the Front of House when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Flexibility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Previous experience in a guest experience or front desk role is a plus.
- Familiarity with VIP guest handling and effective communication practices.
- Proficiency in relevant hospitality software and systems.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service excellence.
