Job DescriptionAs the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity use your skills and experience to support with the development and leadership of the talent acquisition strategy for our Operations in Malta, Belgium & Spain. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager for Operations, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals, developing innovative initiatives, robust structures and processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support with the development of the Talent Acquisition strategy and manage already
- Push forward attraction and talent selection concepts
- Implement initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through
- Recruitment and onboarding assistance for Operations
- Partner with key business stakeholders, advising on talent acquisition across global markets, better enabling us to reach our business goals
- Analyse and interpret data and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and identify trends and areas of focus
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we use for recruitment and universities
- Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively
- Pro-actively network across the business, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs
- Report on KPI’s, projects and deliverables to the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stakeholders across Operations
- Utilise all the resources available to continue to pro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new, financially feasible sources
- Develop strong external knowledge of our market to provide guidance and advice to stakeholders e.g. market analysis and candidate profiling etc
- Work with the employer branding team to develop effective attraction campaigns
- Where relevant, provide support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates
- Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates
- Work with the Employee Experience Team to ensure all candidates receive the best experience during any relocation processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a talent acquisition role in a fast paced, international organisation, university/campus experience preferred
- Be assertive, high-energy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about partnering with hiring teams and continuing to build a strong campus strategy.
- Experience recruiting for high volume positions
- Experience managing partnerships with third-party vendors
- Experience with sourcing tools and technology
- Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
