Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hadrian, you will play a key role in shaping our growth and protecting the culture that makes us who we are. You will get to own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build high-performing teams that reflect our values and ambitions!

We’re looking for someone who can build and manage high-quality pipelines, craft proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You will have the opportunity to help evolve our recruitment systems and processes, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to the broader People strategy as we scale.

Finally, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our team, you will be acting as a gatekeeper of our culture, ensuring every hire raises the bar and shares our passion for building something meaningful.

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hadrian:

  • Full-Cycle Hiring Ownership – Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from role kickoff to offer acceptance, ensuring speed and quality.
  • Proactive Sourcing – Create and maintain strong pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative talent mapping.
  • Candidate Experience Champion – Craft a thoughtful, respectful, and efficient experience that reflects Hadrian’s culture and high standards.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership – Build trust and alignment with HMs through regular syncs, clear expectations, and strategic guidance.
  • Process Improvement – Identify friction points and propose scalable improvements across workflows, tools, and documentation.
  • Talent Branding – Contribute to job descriptions, social content, and employer branding projects that attract top talent.
  • Data & Reporting – Track and communicate key metrics to inform hiring strategy and spot areas for optimization.

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Are proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, hiring across a variety of roles and functions
  • Have experience hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally at a tech startup or scale-up
  • Have experience in end to end hiring, from the first outreach to the final offer, while delivering a candidate experience that’s thoughtful, clear, and genuinely human
  • Love the hunt! You’re curious, creative, and always experimenting with new ways to engage top talent
  • Thrive in ambiguity and build structure as you go. You move fast, but never at the cost of quality
  • Love working in an international environment and you collaborate easily with cross-functional teams
  • Act like an owner. You spot opportunities, take initiative, and follow through with care and accountability
