About the Role: (Senior) Country Manager – Spanish Market

As (Senior) Country Manager for Spain, you are the strategic and operational lead for Parkos in the Spanish market. You shape and execute the local strategy, manage key accounts, and drive growth while ensuring alignment with Parkos’ broader goals. You act as the go-to person for everything in Spain, working cross-functionally with Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Product, and management team.

You’re not just a manager — you’re a leader. You spot trends, build valuable relationships, and close impactful deals. You’re hands-on when needed and strategic when it matters most.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Spain strategy, aligning with Parkos’ overall vision and business targets
  • Lead business development: from lead generation to relationship building and deal closure
  • Own and grow strategic accounts, focusing on long-term success and customer retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure local needs are reflected in product, marketing, and operations
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand our network and performance
  • Be the voice of the Spanish market internally and the face of Parkos externally
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues and act as a sparring partner for other country managers

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior sales, business development or account management role
  • Proven success in developing and executing a market-specific strategy
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish sales culture and strong existing network is a big plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and a track record of identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English;
  • Experience in TravelTech, marketplaces or e-commerce is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel for partner visits and events when needed
