Analyst, Corporate Experience

About The RoleThis role is situated in the Corporate Experience for top tier companies, with an emphasis on corporate clients that license their ratings for various use cases, alongside high-profile companies in terms of market cap, investor interest, etc. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, blending research coordination and client management, to meaningfully contribute to enhanced collaboration between companies and Sustainalytics during their rating update. This role requires a strong communicator and problem-solver who can effectively support coordination across teams and product lines to bring timely and high-quality ratings to companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams for end-to-end delivery of timely and high-quality ratings
• Support the onboarding of top service level Sustainalytics rated companies for their annual research cycle
• Provide support and oversight throughout the ESG Risk Rating research process
• Participate in kick offs with companies, coordinate the feedback process, and support the resolution of process and status queries
• Use the Sustainalytics’ Corporate platform, Issuer Gateway, to work with rated companies
• Provide constant oversight and maintenance of internal databases via tools such as SharePoint and Power BI
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to further develop technical tools which are needed by the team to improve processes as well as deliverables

QualificationsThe ideal candidate needs to be a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members. Key qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing and/or sustainability research;
• Experience working with a corporate sustainability or ESG rating provider is an asset;
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams and levels;
• Flexible mindset with ability to work towards strict deadlines and high-quality standards;
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, across different regions with a problem-solving attitude and a very strong attention to detail;
• Experience in dealing with SharePoint, PowerBI, complex Excel workbooks, and other data management tools;
