WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Brand Creative Experience Designer, based in the Nike EMEA Brand Creative Studio in the Netherlands, you will be a creative member of the team reporting to and working under the direction of the Brand Creative Experience Director.

We are looking for a creative mind and a fresh approach to help keep us up to date with the most interesting happenings in today and tomorrow’s worlds of art, design, and culture. The position requires a strong conceptual mindset, creative ability and enthusiasm that inspires the work across every consumer touchpoint, driving compelling innovative physical environments and compelling innovative digital experiences.

Our ideal candidate has a passion to learn the art of brand storytelling through physical and digital environmental design . The work in EMEA will focus on product launches , brand events, and retail brand storytelling – working on strategy, concept , and execution against digital & physical consumer experiences .

You enjoy crafting the detail all the way to delivery and proactively look to build on your skills et to deliver brand defining storytelling . You are not afraid of experimentation or working within new areas and disciplines .

You can operate both as an independent creative; able to manage your own workstreams effectively, and as a collaborator; communicating and presenting clearly to internal and external partners.

In addition to a strong conceptual design skillset, you demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of the follow ing disciplines :

  • Physical , spatial & digital e xperiential d esign (in-house , agency or studies )
  • Environmental a rt d irection & g raphic d esign
  • Digital ly integrated physical consumer experiences and journeys

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be required to deliver high quality physical & digital experiential concepts at every stage of the creative process. A ttention to detail is a must.

You will work on a wide variety of marketing briefs . You will need to be able to communicate design concepts to various internal and external audiences. You will work and contribute to different creative squads across a variety of projects .

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Your role will be part of the team that is most integral to our marketing offence, with an incredibly diverse set of stakeholders , f rom EMEA creative leadership to day-to-day liaison with various Marketing teams . You will work and partner with our internal creative team s and frequently with agencies /artists to develop the visual language and executional craft of the projects . You will partner with the P roduction and O perations team to ensure that the creative is delivered on time and to the level of quality expected at Nike.

What You Bring To Nike

  • 2+ years of xperience (internship, part-time, full-time) as a creative in an agency or internal brand environment
  • A strong knowledge of the creative design process and technical requirements related to realizing experiential environments, events, physical/digital consumer experiences, and retail executions with a strong focus on consumer brands
  • Knowledge of 3D design/render software, Adobe CC and Keynote software is a must. Ability in Sketchup is plus
  • Exposure to and understanding of EMEA youth consumer behavior
  • Absolute respect, proactivity and deep appreciation for diversity and equality in the workplace. You must embody Nike’s maxims and culture
  • A team player with g reat interpersonal and communication skills
  • You must be keen to learn and grow with the team and be positively and emotionally engaged at all times
  • Passionate about sport, the sports lifestyle and the culture around it
  • Ability to travel 25% within EMEA
