Business Controller

TicketSwap is growing fast in new products, services and markets. With this growth, the finance function is getting more and more important to maintain control of our business. Growing in all these different kinds of areas imposes a lot of complexity in terms of reporting, taxes, legal, compliance and many other areas. That’s why we are on the lookout for a Business Controller to join our Finance team!

As business controller, you will report directly to the CFO. You will be the finance business partner for the commercial department and manage the FP&A process.

What you can expect from the work

• Prepare departmental and company budgets, multi year forecasts and cash flow forecasts;
• Performance evaluation, forecasting and monthly analysis of actuals;
• Create business cases, which you will validate and track over time;
• Insightful analysis of the KPI’s driving our business, and lay the solid foundations for taking growth maximizing decisions;
• Support the CFO in fundraising activities, comprising debt, equity and/or crowdfunding raises.

About you

• Relevant master’s degree in Econometrics, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics;
• 3-5 years of experience in a role such as FP&A analyst, controller or financial due diligence;
• Out-of-the-box thinking and hands-on mentality;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheet and data analysis skills;
• Excellent technical accounting skills and analytical expertise;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Looker, Tableau, Qlikview or others is considered a plus.
