You will have a key role in defining business opportunities based on customer insights and translating them into winning value propositions. You will be able to further develop and grow a substantial part of the HES portfolio as well as drive the related product and claims roadmaps. Furthermore, you will define commercial and user specifications for the required products, be co-responsible for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in the market.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager you will drive the definition, development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Philips Healthcare Experience Solutions, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value, while creating unique patient and staff experience. By working in close alignment with customers, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.
You are responsible for

Upstream marketing activities for the products / solutions, including definition of the strategy and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally.

Drive definition, development and introduction of the products/solutions, including cross-business solution development to our customers by meeting their needs, including service and consumables

Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness

P&L responsible for Product and/or Solutions development of the business case to support new value creation

Providing Customer and Market Insights. Translate in-depth market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning concepts/ clear product specifications for the release train, in such a way that in short, mid and long term a sound business result can be achieved

Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.

Interact with various disciplines including Innovation, R&D departments, internal and external design agencies, manufacturing units or external suppliers, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales organizations.
You are a part of
a very motivated and passionate team of professionals where placing patient, staff and families at the center is key in what we do. As part the marketing organization you form a team with program management and development organizations on one side, and with the field marketing, MarCom and local market representatives on the other side.
In the Healthcare Experience Solutions business, a lot of emphasis is given to partnerships – either through outsourcing of activities or integration of products and services of Philips and non-Philips partners into our portfolio. In this you will play a defining role in the decision-making. You will be part of a small dedicated self-steering product management team and report to You will report to the Global Commercial Director/Business leader
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record

At least 4 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management in the healthcare market environment

Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development.

Ability to guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product; broad interests that allow you to interact with various disciplines; inspire and motivate others.

Solid spoken and written English skills

Strong conceptual skills: ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and experience with Value Proposition development

Experience with various aspects of Healthcare marketing -both strategic and tactical- to ensure successful launch of our proposition (s) in the market
