About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Short Form Content Creator / Social Media Manager who lives and breathes short form content and understands how to captivate audiences across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record of growing social accounts through engaging, social-first content—and who has a deep love for music, aesthetics, and culture.

In this position you will

• Develop and execute a short form content strategy tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create compelling, on-brand short form videos using Chillhop music, visual assets, and cultural trends
• Manage our social media content calendar and handle day-to-day posting.
• Craft compelling copy and maintain consistent brand voice tailored to each platform.
• Stay on top of algorithm updates, content trends, and platform features to keep Chillhop’s content fresh and relevant
• Engage with our audience and foster community through comments, DMs, and collaborations
• Report on analytics, growth, and engagement to inform future content decisions
• Collaborate with our design, A&R, and artist teams to bring the Chillhop world to life

You Are

• You are available for 24 to 32 hours per week within a time zone no more than 3 hours ahead or behind CEST (Netherlands).
• A storyteller with a strong sense of visual and sonic aesthetics
• Experienced in growing short form accounts—you’ve scaled a page or client’s social following from scratch or significantly increased reach/engagement
• A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, creative environment
• Passionate about music, especially instrumental beats, Chillhop, or adjacent genres
• Proficient in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and mobile-first content creation
• A strong communicator who can balance creative freedom with brand consistency
