Creative Designer

Purpose of the job Our creative designer is responsible for SkyTeam’s in-house graphic design projects, ensuring all marketing assets are consistently up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.

Along with the Marketing & Communications team, this role plays a key part in shaping and protecting SkyTeam’s brand image and reputation across member airlines, media and customer audiences.

Key Result Areas / Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SkyTeam’s in-house graphic design work:
  • Create compelling print and digital marketing collateral, social content and campaign visuals that align with marketing and communications objectives
  • Collaborate with key partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets
  • Stay current with design and video production trends to elevate SkyTeam’s visual identity
  • Design impactful presentations and visual materials for executive meetings, industry events, and global tradeshows
  • Manage and evolve SkyTeam’s brand assets:
  • Help manage the SkyTeam Brand Portal, keeping brand guidelines and materials current
  • Ensure brand and marketing assets remain up to date and accessible
  • Adapt visual content for a range of platforms, including social media, web, and internal channels
  • Assist the Marketing & Communications team:
  • Offer creative input and visual direction for marketing initiatives and special projects
  • Advise on design elements, templates, and visual best practices to strengthen brand consistency
  • Lead assigned creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

Your profilePreferred Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in the design industry
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and After Effects
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and digital best practices
  • Experience working with clients in the airline or service industry, either in-house or through an agency is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital media production, including tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, is a plus
