Financial Accountant Gladskin

To Help As Many As Possible As Soon As Possible (HAMAPASAP) we are looking for an all-round Financial Accountant for 36-40 hours a week.
About the company:Gladskin is a scaling organization located in Bilthoven, Utrecht. Gladskin is part of the Micreos group and is responsible for the marketing and distribution of Gladskin products, being medical devices and cosmetics. Gladskin products are innovative products that treat the skin conditions, Eczema, Acne and Rosacea. Micreos’ innovative alternative to antibiotics was awarded ‘Most Impactful Innovation of Europe’ in 2018. The Gladskin products are sold mainly through online sales channels in European countries and via our American subsidiary.Gladskin is transitioning from a start-up entity to a more professionally managed and controlled entity and looking for an all-round financial accountant who can make a difference.
Your role at MicreosAs our all-round Financial Accountant, you are responsible for the complete financial administration of various legal entities with a strong focus on the accounting of the purchase- and sales processes of Gladskin. You will be contributing to professionalization of accounting, internal and financial control, and administrative processes. You will be working closely with the whole finance team, facilitating the business controllers and reporting processes. You will be reporting directly to the Manager Accounting.
Your tasks are:Managing the overall financial administration of GladskinMaintain and reconcile daily subledger transactionsMaintain monthly balance sheet reconciliationExecute monthly closing in line with timelinesDetermine monthly accruals, amortization and prepaymentsMonth end reporting of financial and management informationVAT declarationsFixed assets administrationFollow up and issue resolutions on daily issues and changesAssist cash management, purchasing, ap, billing and invoicing functions when necessaryOwn subsidy requirement and preparing specific reports for subsidiesInternal control activities, such as trend and fluctuation analytical reviews of financial informationInitiate ERP/Accounting software improvements and liaise with software vendors and consultants to ensure optimal automationProactively collaborating with the Gladskin sales & marketing colleagues to stay up to date and ensure an accurate administration
More about you and your competences and experienceMinimal 5 years of experience in financial administration roleExperienced in MS Excel, Word and PowerPointExperienced in working with ERP’s (accounting software Exact Online is a plus)Advanced level of Dutch and English language
