About the job   

As an Office Manager at OTC Flow you will take on a very independent and crucial role for our company. You will work closely with Human Resources and Finance to provide a high level of support. This is a part-time position.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·        Day to Day – Smooth running of office

·        Actively pursuing and monitoring operational objectives

·        Responsible for purchasing and supplier management

·        Coordinate the office’s administration and logistics to ensure an organized, clean, and safe working environment.

·        Manage travel agency and accommodation contacts

·        Organizing catering and internal events such as drinks, festivities and seminars

·        Office point of contact for organizing client and recruiting events from a facility/catering

perspective

·        Design, implementation and execution of new operational processes

·        Assist with ad-hoc projects

About You

You are a strong communicator, flexible and service-oriented. You also have a well-developed sense of responsibility and you are an organizational talent. You can perform many different tasks at the same time and you have the ability to take ownership. 

·        HBO / WO work and thinking level;

·        1 – 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in a dynamic and international environment

·        Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing

·        Energetic, creative and proactive

·        Stress resistant and able to deal with ad hoc work

·        Accurate with the ability to make quick decisions in a complex environment

·        Excellent attention to detail and guest oriented

·        Able to build a relationship of mutual trust and handle complaints and concerns in a sensitive way

·        Have a positive ‘can do attitude’

·        Available on a part time basis
