Partnerships Planning Coordinator – EMEA

The Coordinator, EMEA Partnerships Planning is a new position on the EMEA Marketing Planning team. This role will be a driving force for connectivity between the EMEA Brand Partnerships team, and the rest of the EMEA Marketing organisation (Title Marketing, Social Marketing, Marketing Production, Publicity, Events, Consumer Products). Based in Amsterdam, the Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, EMEA Social & Partnerships.

Core Impact Areas

Global Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with the EMEA Brand Partnerships team, serving as the central, regional representative for Brand Partnerships workflows in EMEA.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner teams across UCAN, LATAM and APAC, to drive global alignment on key workflow components.

Workflow Development

  • Develop existing workflows for EMEA Brand Partnerships campaigns, ensuring clear and collaborative alignment between all Marketing functions as Brand Partnerships offerings are integrated across EMEA.
  • Foster regional and global alignment on EMEA ways of working, from upstream planning through to campaign delivery.
  • Drive continual improvements and optimisations in Brand Partnership workflows, ensuring that strategic and creative excellence is met for both Netflix and external brand partners.

Campaign Purview

  • Drive holistic purview across all EMEA Brand Partnerships campaigns.
  • Alongside Brand Partnerships peers, contribute to driving EMEA consistency in prioritisation, timelines, operational mechanisms, and stakeholder engagement.
  • With specific focus on partnerships social offerings, act as the connective tissue between EMEA Brand Partnerships, and other internal Ads social teams.
  • Partner with the Digital Media and Brand Partnerships teams on day-to-day tasks contributing to the successful rollout of paid social partnerships campaigns.

Data, Insights & Tooling

  • Pioneer new tooling initiatives for the EMEA Brand Partnerships function, with a focus on prioritisation and asset operations.
  • Drive ongoing innovation & efficiencies in global operational workflows.
  • Partner with US-based Brand Partnerships, Integrated Marketings and Ads teams to assess, analyze and roll out new global systems and initiatives, acting as EMEA Partnerships Planning representative for tooling and taxonomy.

Key QualificationsThis role will require 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within brand partnerships or integrated marketing. Previous lived and/or working experience across multiple EMEA markets will be valuable, but is not essential.

Required Skills

  • Background in operations, planning or project management, with expertise in building scalable frameworks, and managing, developing and executing regional workflows and processes.
  • Knowledge of effective communication strategies across key social media platforms, and experience in planning and distributing content through multiple channels.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work across many internal cross-functional teams and markets.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in brand partnerships or integrated marketing, with a focus on paid digital media and social media-driven content and campaigns.
  • Working understanding of entertainment-focused brand collaboration and branded content placement.
