About The Role
The Sales Enablement Program Manager (EMEA) is a member of OneStream’s Global Sales Enablement team. As a Sales Enablement Program Manager you will help to execute on OneStream’s Global SaaS Enterprise Sales Enablement program. You’ll help deliver enablement programs to ensure that the sales organization is well-equipped with the content, training, and resources to effectively sell our Corporate Performance Management SaaS solution.
Primary Responsibilities And Duties
The Sales Enablement Program Manager (EMEA) will primarily focus on delivering enablement programs, while also assisting in the creation of enablement content as needed. The primary areas for delivery include sales approach (communication, negotiation, value focus), product and industry knowledge, and competitive positioning.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple simultaneous communication streams to various cohorts, training classes, enablement programs, and other enablement initiatives.
- Manage enablement communications, trainings and programs cross-functionally across multiple teams including Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Customer Account Managers, Alliances, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Drive high engagement of sales enablement program through influence and reinforcement, including delivery of materials, testing, coaching, and feedback loops.
- Deliverables:
- Deliver enablement calls as needed, focused on sales best practices
- Support New Hire Onboarding Training coordination, and administration
- Deliver (and sometimes design) interactive trainings and workshops for experienced team members
- Assist in the reinforcement of customer success story delivery
- Collaborate on the creation and administration of Sales Learning Paths in our Sales Enablement Platform
- Leverage multiple delivery mediums including videos, online and live trainings and interactive workshops
- Support solution launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand, position, and sell new solutions. As needed, this may entail working closely with technical and functional team members to translate capabilities into value, and ensure the sales team becomes proficient.
Desired Competencies And Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in enablement or talent development.
- Experience successfully creating and delivering enterprise software sales enablement with measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- SaaS Enterprise software sales experience preferred.
- Corporate Performance Management Software Sales or Enablement Experience Preferred
- High proficiency in PowerPoint
