SAP Application Finance Manager

We’re looking for a SAP Application Finance Manager for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of page printers, digital copiers and multifunctional products.

You will be part of the Application consultancy department, located in Germany. You will be responsible for the business analysis, project management and advancement of the Finance applications. The Manager will do so together with the SAP consultant, which is reporting into this position. You will work closely with the finance division, as well as with other IT (development) teams to ensure business requirements are met and projects successfully completed.

Responsibilities

SAP FI/CO Expert (60%): Expert in and Product Owner for SAP FI/CO (75% FI, 25% CO)

* Business Support (2nd/3rd Level Support, Change Management);

* Solution Design and SAP Customizing;

* Finance IT Consultancy / IT Sparring Partner for Business;

* Continuous Development / Improvement of the SAP FI solution;

* Cross Module / Application Alignment (SD and MM; as well as other applications);

* Governance KDE Headquarter IT;

* Responsible for the entire SAP FI area.

Project Manager (30%): Project Manager for SAP FI Projects or Team Member in Business/IT Projects

* Set up, plan and execute SAP FI projects (New Solutions/Enhancements, Rollouts);

* Manage Scope, Time and Budget;

* Stakeholder Management.

Team lead (10%): Coordinate and supervise work in FI team (internals and externals)

* SPOC for all SAP FI topics;

* Coordinate tasks within the team, supervise and review the work;

* Share knowledge and develop team members by coaching on the job.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

The candidate has experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant (minimum 5 years):

* Customizing SAP FI/CO modules;

* FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, FI-BL;

* CO-PA, EC-PCA, CO-OM;

* PS;

* Managing small/medium IT projects and project teams;

* Finance Process knowledge (IFRS, Accounting principles etc.);

* Ideally already experience S/4 HANA transition projects;

* Fluent in English is a must, German language skills are preferred;

* Preferably, the candidate has experience in managing small teams;

* Willing to travel to Germany (Düsseldorf) on a regular base (2x per month) after Covid.

Salary: € 5300,- – € 6200- excluding max 20% bonus and 13th month (based on 37,5 hours / full time)
