Support Engineer

We are looking for a Support Engineer to strengthen our Support department. As Support Engineer you provide customer support to the users of our Onguard Order to Cash software. Our Support department provides adequate handling and creative solutions, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers. Since we are an international company our calls towards our customers can be in Dutch and English. As a point of contact for the customer, you register, troubleshoot and manage the incoming customer requests.

You have

• MBO or Bachelor education level in Computer Science or IT 
• 2+ years of experience as Support Engineer
• Experience or interests in self-organized agile/Scrumban teams
• Experience with SQL Server – understanding the relation between the database and the application
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English language
