UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer to join our Growth & Scaling team and help shape the dating app for real-life connections. In this part-time role (3 days/week), you’ll work on high-impact projects that directly influence user growth, improve the experience around dates, and help us scale internationally.

About Breeze

At Breeze, we are building towards a future where people spend less time on their phones and more time connecting in real life.

The Breeze app is the dating app for real dates. We’ve built the world’s first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. On Breeze, users skip the online chat. Once you match, you pick a time, and we organize a real-life date at one of our partnered venues.

So far, we’ve organized close to 400.000 dates and are live in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, the UK and New York.

About The Role

Your mission is to design experiences that drive growth, support international expansion, and improve how users engage with Breeze. This includes key moments such as their first interactions with the app and the experience during the date.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data specialists in the multidisciplinary Growth & Scaling pod of the product team. This is a strategic and executional role with space for ownership and creativity.

Concretely, You Will

• Design high-quality, scalable experiences for diverse audiences – You’ll use and evolve our design system to deliver polished, consistent user interfaces that scale internationally. Your work will reflect strong craft and attention to detail, while also accounting for accessibility and cultural relevance across different regions.
• Turn growth opportunities into great product design – You’ll collaborate with data specialists who identify impactful UI/UX opportunities from user feedback, competitor research, and conversion data. Your role is to translate these insights into clear design proposals from wireframes to polished designs.
• Improve the user experience around the date – The date experience is core to our product. You’ll help uncover pain points by interpreting quantitative findings and conducting qualitative research (e.g. user interviews). You’ll then design and test solutions that improve this part of the journey, with measurable results like fewer support tickets and more positive feedback.
• Improve our product development process – You’ll contribute to improving cross-functional collaboration and design processes, bringing in perspectives from engineering, data, and operations early, and fostering a culture of early feedback and healthy dissent. You’ll help shape how we work, not just what we ship.

What Breeze Offers YouCompensation & Benefits💰 Salary: €4500 – €6000 full-time equivalent. For this 3-day role, that’s approximately €2700 – €3600.
