Our User Growth Team focusses on growing the reach of our playground, which directly impacts the success of these game developers. By running campaigns across multiple platforms we reach hundreds of millions of people. To level up these marketing campaigns the user growth team are looking for a talented visual designer, with a flair for motion design.

What This Job Is About

Play is how we learn at Poki. You will step onto a blank canvas, working alongside the user growth and content teams to develop, continuously evolve, and level up Poki’s visual and motion branding. We also value curiosity and innovation, and there will be space for you to explore the narrative of our brand identity together with the team.

Poki is a dynamic scale up, so you may also find yourself collaborating cross functionally with ad hoc design needs, from merchandise through to visual aspects of our digital products. Our target audience is kids of all ages, and this is at the heart of everything we do.

Your Challenge

• Explore and establish methods to produce scalable marketing content tailored for individual games, while ensuring a high level of polish and brand cohesiveness in the existing assets.
• Assist in developing the motion aspect of Poki’s brand identity.
• Understanding and applying Poki’s style and tone to establish a strong visual narrative for cross media brand campaign assets. You will also work with, and iterate on ad templates (static and video) for a streamlined delivery of assets in multiple formats.
• Enhance creator content for paid promotions by adding design elements and adjusting the content to suit the style, tone, and audience of the platform where it will be posted.
• Create engaging branded content for organic posts across various owned social media channels

You

• Have 5+ years of experience, ideally including experience working with motion design and marketing specific assets.
• Have experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly with strong proficiency on Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop). Any additional software expertise is a plus.
• Have a creative and strategic mindset to deliver highly engaging and impactful campaign assets.
• Understand our playful brand – we have a diverse audience, however we always stick to our brand identity of playfulness in everything we do.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms, including their formats, trends, audience demographics, best practices and upcoming features.
• Ideally you are based in the Netherlands, or willing to relocate.
