Administrative Assistant

This role will report directly to an HR Director and will be in charge of supporting day to day business for our company’s leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting different business units in coordinating meetings
  • Process expenses and prepare expenses reports
  • Assist in different administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Desirable experience in similar roles
