Job Description:

Customer Service Specialist duties will include but not limited to the following: follow brand principles, handle all aspects of customer service, billing, payments, and deposits for apartments and self-storage, learn management software, answering phones, make follow-up and delinquent calls, follow sales procedures, conduct facility and apartment walk through evaluations, handle maintenance requests, work with minimal supervision, schedule and execute local marketing plans, assist with company’s social media and digital marketing, identify cross promotional opportunities, implement referral programs.
