Company Description: We are a full-service digital marketing agency, helping our clients with everything from managing paid marketing spend, assisting in marketplace optimization, Shopify development, and more. Our focus on DTC brands. We are driven by data, and we seek out candidates from a variety of backgrounds including engineering, computer science, and finance. We are based in Miami, FL.

What we are looking for: We are searching for a marketing analyst to work on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon PPC, and more on behalf of our clients. The marketing analyst will also be asked to help with other miscellaneous tasks for our agency including those related SEO and other marketing needs. This is an amazing opportunity to gain a variety of experiences across multiple subject matters. Adaptability and a strong willingness to learn are absolute musts to be successful.

Our agency is currently building out a second office in Cali, Colombia to support our USA based employees. Proficiency in English is an absolute must. The candidate is expected to be available from 9AM-6PM EST, Monday – Friday. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong analytical and computer savvy background.

Skills:

Proficiency in English. While there will be no direct interaction with clients, our agency staff all communicate in English. It is essential that the candidate is comfortable reading and writing in English.
Experience with creating advertising reports and making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies with account managers and/or clients
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, able to read, interpret and use data to inform ad strategies * Understanding of Google Analytics * Digital marketing and/or e-commerce experience (Shopify)
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Plus, if previously worked with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or Amazon
