Hello,
We are seeking a front desk receptionist with great customer service skills.
We are a growing medical supply company focused on continuous glucose monitors. We do lots of marketing and have an intake team who follows up with patients to get them qualified for their new supplies.
Your role will be to answer incoming calls from patients asking about their shipment, or new patients returning calls to see if they qualify. You will be responsible for checking the incoming faxes from doctors and verifying them to make sure everything is correct on the prescription and chart notes before approving the orders to be sent out
Responsibilities:
- Approve Orders being sent.
- Answer Incoming Calls.
- Verifying Patients’ insurance.
- Work on errors with warehouse/management/billing team if any arise.
