Job Statement

The project manager will lead the local project and be the main coordinator across all functions within Metso Outotec who contributes to this project, both local and global team members.

Job Duties and responsibilities

Managing facility customization together with landlord and setting clear timeline that will be tracked and followed.
Managing capex budget associated with facility customization and track progress and procurement activities.
Plan recruitment together with HR and there after create individual training plans associated with each new member of the factory staff.
Managing cross functional teams, both local and global, that will all be stakeholders and contributors.

To succeed, you will need:
Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer and / or related careers.
Experience + 10 years or more as Project Manager.
Experience in manufacturing, quality, cost control.
Fluency in English communications.
PMP Certification, Diploma in Project Management.
Lean certification or studies, experience with Lean manufacturing.
Knowledge / experience in equipment related to the Metso Outotec offering.
Project execution time: 18 months. Location in Lima, Peru.
