Our Real Estate & Mortgage Consultant’s responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to our clients on Real Estate properties and Home Loan Mortgage Financing. *RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide guidance and assist buyers & sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms, while also providing financing options.

2. Determine our clients’ wants, needs, and financial abilities then propose solutions which suit them best.

3. Intermediate the negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.

5. Present and market residential, commercial, and industrial properties to potential buyers and tenants.

6. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc).

7. Maintain and update listings of available property inventory.

8. Promote sales through social media, Internet, TV & Radio advertisements, open houses, networking events, word-of-mouth and listing services.

9. Remain knowledgeable about real estate & mortgage laws, markets, and best practices.

**REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be fluent in English & Urdu -Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

2. College graduate with pleasant and trustworthy personality.

3. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Must be a Social Media and Computer superstar.

5. Able to work a MAXIMUM of 40 hours a week.

6. Willing to start immediately

***INCOME STRUCTURE:

SALARY OPTION (eligible after 90 days)
$200.00/month SALARY + COMMISSIONS
0 – 5 Crore = 0%
5 – 10 Crore = 10%
10 – 15 Crore = 20%
15+ Crore = 30%

NO SALARY OPTION (eligible immediately)
$0.00 SALARY + COMMISSIONS
0 – 5 Crore = 50%
5 – 10 Crore = 60%
10 – 15 Crore = 70%
15+ Crore = 80%
