About The Role
Cloudelligent is seeking a competent, resourceful, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our Principal Consultant. This role necessitates a strong sense of urgency as well as the ability to work independently on assignments while exercising sound judgement. The ideal candidate will have a clear sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-focused, as well as be able to meet tight deadlines. Having excellent organizational skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will help ensure success. It is crucial to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, as well as professionalism when interacting with senior professionals both inside and outside the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendar diligently and accurately to facilitate all meetings and calls.
- Manage the Principal Consultant’s multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure, exercising judgement, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to foresee changing requirements.
- Work closely with the Principal Consultant to keep well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and keep track of action items.
- Curate meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Track and help to drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Principal Consultant, and internal teams.
- Driving team activities (including staff meeting agendas and notes, company-wide meetings etc.).
- Partnering and working in close collaboration with other teams if required.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive-level support role with demonstrated track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong judgment with ability to think and work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and follow through to effectively manage workflow.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal direction.
- Highly organized and a meticulous attention to detail with complex calendar management experience.
- Ability to work in fast paced, high-stress dynamic environment.
- Ability to use discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
