Manager SMS (Sanofi Manufacturing System)

Coordinates all actions, means and resources to be implemented to ensure the optimization of industrial performance and continuous improvement.

Initiates, challenges, prioritizes, and coordinates implementation of related action plans (e.g. Lean Initiatives).

Ensures the dissemination of competencies regarding methods, Lean and Project Management.

Contributes to the promotion of the Lean performance mindset.

Develops and implements transversally the Lean expertise methodology (e.g. SMED, TPM, VSM/Lean Pull Flows).

Leads and facilitates workshop and training in specific activity/methodology.
