Job Description

• Manage department operations, activities, tools, and resources.
• Communication with higher management, compliance with their expectations.
• Recommend the appropriate path for enhancements and to achieve business goals.
• Ensure availability and resilience of infrastructure.
• Ensure data management and data quality.
• Should have set clear job expectations for each team member.
• Conduct performance reviews and document them.

 Make sure:

Resources are assigned as per their skills.

•    Requirement gathering and user meetings.
•    Ensure that BI process(s) and SOPs are followed. Improve when required.
•    Deployment and release management.
•    Update ClickUp accordingly.
•    Make sure every project is delivered as a quality product.
•    Bring resources in, onboard them, provide the required training, and ensure productivity.
•    Raise the conduct matters with HR.
