- Report daily basis progress against targets to the team.
- Respond to telephone enquiries using standard scripts and procedures and making outbound calls for the collection of overdue.
- Lead and motivate the team.
- Manage performance & solve problems.
- Develop Staff, Training, Coaching, Support Staff & Handle escalations to provide answers and guidance to staff.
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
