Call Center Team Lead

  • Report daily basis progress against targets to the team. 
  • Respond to telephone enquiries using standard scripts and procedures and making outbound calls for the collection of overdue.
  • Lead and motivate the team.
  • Manage performance & solve problems.
  • Develop Staff, Training, Coaching, Support Staff & Handle escalations to provide answers and guidance to staff.
  • Responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
