Community Executive

The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who takes full ownership of the site they are responsible for. They will be in a cross-disciplinary role that runs their sites an independent business unit and ensures that an experience worthy of the daftarkhwan brand is delivered to every one of its members every single day.

Most importantly, the candidate must have an empathetic understanding of the community we support and be driven to seek solutions for the challenges they face.

Responsibilities

• Work as a leader of the site that the Community Executive is in-charge of and make sure that all aspects of experience delivered to daftarkhwan members are world-class
• Develop a strong sense of community amongst all members of the site
• Curate and organize regular events to bring together and add value to the lives and work of members & non-members alike
• Manage & monitor KPIs of the entire team at the relevant site
• Support other functions in the company such as sales, marketing, finance and operations in the provision of their services effectively to all members of their site
• Effectively track, analyze & improve KPIs of their respective business unit
• Managing the budget for all site-specific expenses and community activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
• Strong sense of camaraderie & teamwork
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
