Customer Service Representative

Important: We are hiring internees!

This is a three months internship program (Stipend: PKR 8,000/- Timings 10 AM – 6 PM). Here, we shall develop your customer service skills enabling you to get a permanent job here at our organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the services, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Upselling to existing clients
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

  • Fresh BBA/B.com Graduate
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
