Position Overview:

• Full time and permanent.
• Fast moving in terms of variety of work and expectations. 
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain responsive pixel perfect web applications using
• HTML/CSS and JavaScript that will excite and please a user base of successful real estate professionals
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including creative design, user experience, project management, and back end development through the stages of design, development, QA, launch, and maintenance.
• Coach, mentor, and guide your team to deliver the best solution keeping in mind return on investment and total cost of ownership
• Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team to plan and execute at high velocity, and across teams throughout the organization to reuse existing components and architect shared functionality
• Lead process improvement initiatives to improve quality and timeliness of deliverables with high predictability
• Opportunities to be involved with higher level architecture and design.
• Mentoring from experienced software architects and some of the smartest peers in the country, on exciting projects that you can really sink your teeth into.

Requirements:

• HTML5, CSS , SASS and cross-browser device development
• JavaScript design patterns & frameworks; experience with React and Redux is required; experience with modern frameworks like Angular 2, Vue.js, and Ember.js.
• JavaScript; experience with Node.js is required; experience with PHP, or Ruby on Rails is a bonus
• Building complex, robust, and highly scalable production applications
• Delivering high value to customers quickly, frequently, with regular feedback and support
