Job DescriptionResponsible to control various Pest control activities as assigned. Including inspect TIH / Outreach units facility, identify, control or eliminates inspects rodents and wild or domestic animals accordingly to TIH – HK SOPs. The incumbent applies or release chemical solutions and set traps to kill or remove pests and vermin that infest hospital building and surrounding areas. Ensure that only approved pesticides are used in the execution of management. Responsible to report pest control related complaints /problems to immidiate supervisor or HK duty Officer / Supervisor. On a daily basis, the incumbment is responsible to record work activities performed / safety of equipment, documents and chemicals. Must follow HK – pest control established dress code policy/ pest control PPEs.The incumbent is responsible to operate equipments as per HK standards/Protocols.
