Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer (Operations) to join our fast-growing global fintech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR operations, compliance, record management, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth HR functions in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

As an HR Officer (Operations), you will play a key role in employee onboarding & offboarding, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and HRMS administration while supporting the overall implementation of HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and assurance checks for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records on HRMS, EOBI, and PESSI portals
  • Ensure timely submission of EOBI and PESSI contributions for compliance
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and policy handbooks
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding process, ensuring all required documents are collected and processed
  • Handle employee exit procedures, clearance documentation, and exit interviews
  • Maintain logs of disciplinary matters and update records accordingly

HR Data & Reports:

  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment analytics, and employee performance logs for management
  • Conduct HR cost-benefit and headcount analysis to optimize HR operations
  • Assist in payroll coordination by providing necessary employee data to the finance team

Employee Engagement & Workplace Well-being:

  • Plan, organize, and lead employee engagement activities, company events, and sports activities
  • Contribute ideas for improving work culture, employee motivation, and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure effective internal communication by posting HR updates and policy changes on HRMS

HR Systems & Administrative Support:

  • Manage employee credentials, IT access requests, and asset provisioning
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns
  • Provide backup support in performance management, training & development, and compensation & benefits

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or administration
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labour laws, EOBI, PESSI, and HR compliance. Hands-on experience with HRMS software and payroll coordination
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
