OLX is sourcing an energetic HR executive to handle our recruitment and operations in KHI. We want a go getter! a professional who never backs down from hurdles and has a personality to get things done. We want a candidate who can learn at a serious pace and be a supporting pillar of the team as soon as possible.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle (Job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding)
• Deliver HR services with an employee centric mindset and resolve all employee queries through proper channels
• Handle exit interviews with proper accountability and follow employee clearance procedures
• Build professional relations with all stakeholders and maintain constant communication
• Learn and grow with the pace of the team

Requirements:

• Bachelors from a reputable university
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High aptitude and problem solving skills
